The hotel room was a decent size, awesome, and very clean, but I had an unexpected visit at 12:20 am with someone entering my room after seeing dogs and cats. The service was amazing and very courteous, except for the misinformed services that led to me almost sleeping in a car with a 9-year-old due to a name mix-up. The location, although in Victorville, left me feeling unsafe during a situation where I needed police assistance. The dining experience offered a variety of breakfast options in a very clean area. I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were outdated and rundown, the staff was rude and unprofessional, and overall, it seemed overpriced for the quality offered. The presence of addicts around was concerning, and the lack of a manager on-site made the place feel disorganized.
